Our house is located in Pasi Poljana, in quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and green areas, at 4 km from Nis city center. Memorial park Bubanj is 10 minutes away by foot. It has 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and bathroom. In front of the house there is balcony with little garden. In backyard there are cherries, appricot and apple trees. There are 2 free parking places. It is comfy house that can accommodate travelers, couples, families or groups of friends. Bedroom has big double bed, wardrobe and little shelf beside bed. Living room is equipped with one folding sofa that expend to double bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe and a drawer. Dining room has brand new round table and new 4 comfy chairs. New kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave and all kitchen utensiles. There is one extra wardrobe in hallway. There is new air-conditioner for summer and heating in every room for winter. The whole house is at guests disposal. Nobody lives there, so you will have total freedom and privacy.
