A cozy villa in Kea with a pool and panoramic view

The house is sanitized and clean. Scenic countryside, panoramic views and truly calm vibes, this villa is ideal for relaxation. The house is only about a mile from busy waterfront. Serene yet close to action. It is located on a hill above the port and Vourkari village. Due to the fact that it is located on a hill, best access is by 4x4 (like most places on the island). Outdoor patios include wooden pergolas with panoramic views, pool (non heated) with water jet, stone outdoor BBQ & oven. The villa is build to comfortably host 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a living room with amazing view, a stone fireplace, a lovely and fully equipped “lime” kitchen, a pool with jet set and outdoor shower, a wooden pool deck with sunbeds and coffee tables, an outdoor stone BBQ, lots of storage space and lots of patios with amazing sea & mountain view. (Inside the living room, there is a comfortable soffa where a 5th person could sleep, if needed.) Kids are welcome but under the sole responsibility of their parents. Please note that the house is built on a hill, it has stairs and is not “child protected” (no kids locks on windows/doors, no child protection on edgy furniture). Also, a 4x4 car is highly advisable for the island and the house. Note that, due to the fact that the house is located on the top of a hill in between “dirtroads” and not on a “proper” street in the mainland where it’s super easy to track on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps, it might be tricky to find your way the first time around. That’s why I will always have myself or someone else welcome you to the island and guide you from the port to the house when you arrive. Trust me, the view, quiet and serenity of the location compensates for the uphill ride:-) Swimming pool (regular, non heated) with water jet. Stone outdoor barbeque & oven. We will normally not be there, however if we are on the island when you come visit, we would certainly love to meet you! We started together the development on the hillside and now these people are our friends. Walking down is only about a mile. Walking up is of course the same :) , but uphill... Main road at seaside with public transport (limited, look up Kea buses) Private cars. Taxis make the trip. The host is an Online Marketing Manager from Greece, trained in London School of Economics. She loves the 3 "S" (Sun, Sea, Sand).
