Villa with private beach

Welcome to a beautiful villa in the Stockholm archipelago! The house include a private beach/dock and was build 2016. It has 4 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + a guesthouse. Totally it can accommodate ten people. From the large terrace you will enjoy a magnificent view. Close to the house there are ferries that can take you to explore other parts of the archipelago like Sandhamn. Stavsnäs is located close to some of Stockholm's best golf courses and only 40min with car/bus to Stockholm City. Guests have access to the complete house with terace and a private beach with dock. In the house there are four big bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge areas and a kitchen. There is also a washingroom for guests to use. Outside the house there is a large parking space. We are available for questions and assistance during the entire visit! In the area you have restaurants and cafes. Close buy you can take the ferry to very popular Sandhamn. At Sandhamn you can enjoy good restuarants, outdoor activities and enjoy the butifuil Stockholm archepelago. Circa 7 min walk from the house you have a grocery store and from here buses can take you in to Stockholm city. The bus or car would take circa 40 minutes. The House are located only 10 minutes away from ferries that can help you explore the archipelago. Very close is the popular Sandhamn, were you can bike, canoeing, windsurfing, hiking or just enjoy a good dinner or drink. If you want to go to Stockholm city there are buses that go close from the house. The buses go frequently and take about 40 minutes. For weekend bookings we charge a minimum amount. The amount varies on high to low season. Feel free to ask regarding weekend visits! During the summer high season we only rent out full weeks, preferable sunday to sunday.
