Poggio alla Cavalla Farm holidays is situated in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) near Florence, in the heart of Tuscany, on the slopes of Montalbano, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birth town of Leonardo. The privileged geographical location of the tourist farm makes it possible to go on convenient day trips to tourism and culture centres and Tuscan cities of art: Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterrra, Pisa, Lucca and the sea of Versilia, Pistoia, Arezzo e Cortona. POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA Farm holidays it is made up of 4 apartments and the Master House, is surrounded by a large garden, where there is a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace, and a private car park. THE APARTMENTS: ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN - 40/45 m² - can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. The accommodations are independent, have a kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot and a comfortable bathroom with shower. The MASTER HOUSE – 120 m² - can accommodate up to 7 people, equipped with independent entrance, has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, two large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower. THE SWIMMING POOL whit trampoline (open from April 25 to October 10) was built in a sunny, open area to ensure that the temperature of the water is always pleasant. There is also a large solarium, a shower, deck chairs, sun beds, parasols, tables and a changing room, set on a splendid terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Near the Farm Holidays (km1/2), there are supermarkets and food shops, bakeries, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical practices, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE APARTMENTS - 40/45 m² - are on the ground floor with independent entrance, have the same price and quality, heating, air conditioning, TV / DVD, free WiFi Internet, dishwasher, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. The interior of the apartments includes: -A living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-burner stove, sink, fridge with freezer), dining table and sofa bed for two people (sheets and blankets, weekly change) -A bright and spacious bedroom (bed linen and blankets, weekly change) with typical Tuscan furniture and furnishings and with the possibility of adding a cot. -A comfortable and functional bathroom with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towels (weekly change). The ground floor is designed as an open space with: - Large kitchen area with hob unit with 5 burners, comfortable sink, dishwasher, coffee-maker, built-in freezer with 8 drawers, built-in refrigerator 320 l., built-in electric oven and microwave ovens, complete with cookware and all the utensils, plate and glass set for 12 people, table with chairs, tablecloth and kitchen linen. - Living room area with TV and DVD player, internet, and comfortable two-seat sofa bed with sheets and blankets (weekly change). At the first floor there are: - Two large and bright double bedrooms (bed linens included) of which with terrace, and both have the possibility to add a single bed; furnished in modern style with 6-door wardrobe, dresser, and bedside tables, TV, and DVD player. - A comfortable and practical bathroom (bath linens included) with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet.
