Island house with lovely sea view

This 130 m2 villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge livingroom has an extraordinary view towards the sea and the small pittoresque beach-houses. Nice garden and 200 m to great beach. Children are welcome. Wheelchair access. Together with the view and close access to a great beach I would say that the huge, open kitchen - living room is one of the biggest advantages of my home. There is lots of space on the floor for kids to play on, for dancing, for yoga or for inviting friends over for dinner. And without sleeping in the living-room, you can make 8 beds in the 3 other rooms. You must rent the house for at least 3 days and are welcome to use the whole house and garden and I would like you to feel comfortable and at home. I am happy to guide you to good experiences on Aeroe - whether it has to do with where to go to enjoy the lovely nature, wellness, maritime activities, cultural avtivities, where to eat and go for a cup of coffee etc. Great residential area with a strong touch of holiday house.The neighbours are friendly and its a good place for the children. 200 m to the sea and beach, 1 km to pittoresque town Aeroeskobing and shopping. The house has parking for up to 4 cars Some people have the impression, that nothing happens on Aeroe off season. Nothing could be more wrong :-) If you are looking for great nature by the sea, wellness and relaxation you are well off - but there is plenty else to do - eg. museums, cinema (with the newest films, always in the original language with subtitles), theatre and concerts, seasonal markets and events and plenty of things going on if you know where to find it :-)
