The Hay Loft is a self contained apartment which was the original hay loft when College Farm Barn was still a working barn. It has been tastefully converted in a Scandinavian/coastal chic style to offer a 5 star experience. Guests have a luxury king sized bed, a private bathroom with bath and shower, a separate sitting/dining room with TV/DVD and bluetooth speaker. A sofa bed in the sitting room allows flexible accomodation for familes or (Website hidden by Airbnb) making facilities and a mini fridge. We offer top quality nespresso coffee, an assortment of teas and quality toiletries, all included in the price. Breakfast of pastries, toast, cereals, yoghurt and fruit is included. There is a selection of treats and alcoholic drinks available, with an honesty box. There is a gym on site which guests are welcome to use. Plenty of parking is available at the property. We are normally available in the main house during your stay. There will always be someone to welcome you and show you around. We are close to a number of exceptional pubs and restaurants, and within easy reach of Reading and Basingstoke. Little London is a quiet village and easily accesible for wedding guests at any of the numerous venues nearby, or visitors/contractors at local businesses. The historic Roman remains at Silchester are fascinating, and there is the nearby National Trust property 'The Vyne'. There's plenty of good walks nearby but little public transport, so a car is essential. The price given is for single/double occupancy. Should the sofa bed be used in the sitting room there will be an extra charge. Tea/coffee making facilities are included in the price. Breakfast is included.
