2 Rooms in 4 Bedroom Detached House

Backing on to the South Downs near to the famous Seven Sisters National Park. 2 rooms. 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles. Rooms next to each other and stair gate at top of stairs. Sole use of large family bathroom. There is zero light pollution too. We are 10 mins away from the Newhaven Dieppe Transmanche Ferry and 20 mins from Falmer station for access to the Amex stadium. Room with Double bed. Views over South Downs from window. Other room has 2 single beds. The rooms are next to each other and there is a stair gate at the top of the stairs. There is a log cabin in the garden to use for socialising. Broadband and exclusive use of family bathroom. Use of good sized Log Cabin. Garage available to store bikes. Stair gate in place. Due to Covid regulations interactions will be kept to a minimum. We normally wake up about 7:30am to make coffee etc and make our little boy breakfast. Near the sea, Seven Sisters National Park and historic village of Alfriston. Bus and Train to Eastbourne and Brighton. No pets. Would prefer family of 4. We have a 8 year old son so we normally get up about 7:30am. No all male groups.
