Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: Modern holiday home on a small domain with only 2 other houses and a shared swimming pool. This domain is located in one of the most beautiful rugged regions of France, with rivers, forests, higher cliffs and picturesque villages. The house is very light and modern and has all the comforts to make you feel at home right away. There is a conservatory where you can also relax when the weather is not so good. There is a large garden all around and a lovely terrace where you can spend long summer evenings with the family having a BBQ and enjoying the sunset. The children can enjoy themselves with the horses, the goats and especially at the heated swimming pool which is shared with the other two houses. The houses are widely separated and maintain their privacy. The Dutch owners live on site, give you all the privacy, but are there if you have questions or problems. The entire park can also be rented by large families, who then have the whole place to themselves. The region is perfect for long walks, but also for cycling and canoeing on the surrounding rivers. There are also several caves that are worth a visit.
