Barn conversion between the Sea and the Moors in South Hams, Devon

Stable Corner is a stunning conversion set on the upper story of a stone barn in the extensive grounds of a larger property with its own private garden. It is ideally suited for exploring the whole of the Southhams and South Dartmoor with sandy beaches and moorland walks within 25 minutes. You can also be in the cities of Plymouth or Exeter within 45 minutes. The closest town is Kingsbridge 4 miles to the south. Totnes and Dartmouth are 30 minutes drive to the east. It is comfortable and cosy with central heating and a woodburner, making it ideal for year round breaks. The house has plenty of outside space for sitting around relaxing with a book or sending the kids to let off steam! The whole property is on a single floor with only two steps between the bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room and kitchen , so great if any of your party have issues with mobility. It has 4 bedrooms, including 2 doubles a twin room and a single with additional pullout childs bed making it perfect for families. There are plenty of board games, books and puzzles, something to suit all tastes as well as a widescreen TV, DVD,video and WiFi internet, if the weather is unreliable. Well behaved pets(2 max) are welcome. Bedlinen and towels are provided. We have a large private garden which is safe for small children and secure for pets.This is surrounded by the private grounds of the Woolston estate. Unfortunately the pool and tennis court mentioned in older reviews are no longer available.
