Villa Storm has been renovated to a very high standard. The property can essentially be divided into three zones giving you a distinct feeling of space. The three areas are the ground entrance level (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, drawing room, dining room, superb covered outside terrace): the pool level (with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, study with double sofa bed, kitchen, shower room, play room and 2nd drawing room) and the cottage (2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower, living room). There is a safe available in the house. Around the pool is a newly constructed large terraced area with a fabulous sunken fire pit with seating for 18 people, a table tennis area and basketball net and football table. The terrace outside the dining room has a dining table for 16 people and a gas BBQ, there is an enclosed children's play area, with a 10 person Bell Tent, and the orchard with lemon, orange and tangerine trees. The beach and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away accessed by a path by the villa. 50% green fee reduction on the Royal and Ocean courses are available to guests.
