Violet Cottage Deluxe City cottage with Parking

A new addition to our portfolio, this totally refurbished cottage with all brand new furniture to the highest standard is a 4 minute walk into the city centre. The Empire Theatre is a 4 minute stroll. The cottage has the added benefit of having parking. The cottage comes with all required bedding, towels and a starter pack of toiletries, tea coffee and milk so what ever kind of journey you have had you can quickly relax with a nice fresh brew we no not accommodate Stag or hen groups Our cottages area very high standard of accommodation, at least 1 king size and 1 double bed in each property. All bedding is of hotel standard . Our furnishings are new and maintained to a very high standard. the cottages are much bigger than you would imagine which is what most guests tell us after they arrive you have full access to the whole cottage during your stay with the exception of single occupancy bookings when we close of one of the bedrooms to reduce heating and cleaning costs I am always available to guests if they need me, the cottage manager lives close by and all guests have my mobile number for use throughout their stay all of our cottages are located in quiet neighborhoods but very close to the city centre, therefore you can enjoy all the city has to offer without being impacted by noise Our cottage is a short walk from the metro stations and the city centre, so getting around with or without a car is very easy to do Please bear in mind we do not allow anyone under the age of 12 years old to stay in our cottages and no pets are to be brought into the accommodation at any time We do not accept Stag or hen groups We can only provide 1 parking permit per booking
