Located on one hectare of land and adjoining our house, our cottage is ideal for resting. Outside, hammocks, bowling green and swimming pool are the guarantee of being able to fully enjoy the holidays alone or with family or friends. It can accommodate 6 people and even two additional people in a small annex located in the garden and for an additional thirty euros. The cottage is composed of: - 3 double bedrooms (one with a 90 cm high bed, ideal for a child) - 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub and heated towel rail - 1 kitchen equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher - 1 laundry room with washing machine (drying rack outside) - 1 living area with television, small library and games The owner receives and visits the premises. Many walks are possible on foot, on horseback, by bicycle but also by boat (boat rental without a license along the Charente) and by canoe. You can enjoy the beach of Port d'Envaux at 10 minutes and you are 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Royan and 15 minutes from Saintes. You are close to cities of art and history such as the castle of Taillebourg, the arenas of Saintes, the towers of La Rochelle, the stone and the castle of Crazannes and that of the Roche Courbon. You can enjoy the La Rochelle aquarium, bowling alley, cinema, the various municipal swimming pools in the area (Atlantis de Saint Jean d'Angely), the Palmyre zoo, the Saintes paleosite, the Cognac cellars, the Hermione de Rochefort or the asomperie de Dompierre.
