Full access to back double bedroom where you will stay, bathroom, back lounge, kitchen inc use of plates, cutlery, pans etc and garden. There is also a driveway to park your car. I like to interact with my guests, and appreciate my guests also interacting with me too. I like to feel comfortable in my home so I will also try my best to make you feel at home too. I am a friendly supportive person and happy to help out with what I can. I am always considerate of informing my guests of my plans so that they are aware of other people in and around the house. There is a small convenience across the road that sells most things. Within walking distance there is also: A Co-op store that is open from 6am until 11pm. A subway sandwich shop. Only two miles away from Aldridge with a small shopping centre. Driving distance to cannock chase and sutton park. only 20 mins drive to Birmingham. Public transport is closeby and there are buses every few minutes into walsall, Burntwood, Lichfield and Wolverhampton as well as only a ten minute walk to the bus stop to Birmingham. Train stations in Bloxwich and Walsall Please ensure that your stay is for a minimum of two nights and that you clean up after yourself and ensure that you keep your room tidy. Please bring your own towels. There is a cupboard provided for you to store your own food. there is a cash deposit on arrival of £40 given back to you upon leaving once the room has been inspected.
