Beautiful flat 20 min from Gstaad

Fully renovated (Summer 2018) flat surrounded by the beautiful Swiss Alps. Private garden, original fireplace, sleep up to 7 people (3 double bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room). TV and wifi. Ping pong (in-building). Walking distance from the town center. 20 minutes drive from Gstaad. Min 3 nights stay. House manual Chateau d 'Oex La Palaz 2B House rules and useful information Garbage / Recycling: in Switzerland it is mandatory to carefully split your garbage into Paper / Plastic / Glass and to bring it to specific places. The one closest to our flat is next to the Route de Saanen, at the corner with the Hôtel les Bouquetins. For the regular garbage you will have to use official bags that you can find in many different shops including the Coop. Cost is 10 CHF for a bag of 10. In order to throw your regular garbage you will need to use the card that you will find on the chimney. Please make sure you leave it there before you leave otherwise I will have to charge you for it as the municipality only allows two cards per house. Washing machine: Switzerland has a special rule for which washing machines are not allowed in each single flat. The building has a washing machine room as well as a clothes horse room available for you to use only on Tuesdays (this is our slot for the week) and Sunday (free day for everyone). You will need coins to get the machine to run. Miscellaneous for the house: If a bulb breaks you will find more in the cupboard in the entrance (second door giving the back to the entrance door) Please leave the Supermarkets: 7 min walk: Consumption (Grand Rue 106, 1660 Château-d´Œx) 14 min walk: Coop (La Ray La Petite Ray, 1660 Château-d´Œx) Activities: Minigolf: "P tit Golf", Grand Rue 33, 1660 Château-d Oex, +41 26 924 43 95 restaurants: Spa: you can either book the Spa of the Hotel de Rougemont (Chemin des Palettes 14, 1659 Rougemont, +41 26 921 01 01) or the one of the famous Gstaad Palace (Palacestrasse 28, 3780 Gstaad, +41 33 748 50 00 )   Travel around: the MOB train line is very efficient and the flat is only 2 min walk from La Palaz train station. The line Montreux - Zweisimmen runs every day and will allow you to easily do travel trips to Rougemont (9min), Saanen, Gastaad (19min).
