Appartement with 90qm on two floors 1x double room 1x single room huge kitchen and wide dinning- living room (Couch livingroom extendible - 2 Pers able to sleep) terrace WIFI free possible to book only single room The holiday flat is designed for 3 people. Its possible for 4-5 people to stay for two or three days in the flat. In the living room is a couch/sofa which is possible ot convert in a bed for two. But note - this guest have no private area.. its always the living room and next door is the kitchen. But on this floor is a second toilet (renovated 2014). The flat is on two floors. Downstairs are the single and the double room and a bathroom (renovated/new 2014). Upstairs the kitchen, living room and the terrace. We have a convenience mobile guest bed which you can arrange in the double room or in the single room too. Seperate entrance/floor. Wifi washing maschine terrace PlayStation 2 with a few games dont hasitate to contact me if u have problems or questions!! Lovely Appartement at the end of the löwenstein mountain range, very nice area to hiking, moutain biking or do nothing e.g. sunbathing at the lake of breitenauer. The Appartement is situated in the middle of a wine area. Countless winegrower sells her products and invite you to taste her wines! The perfect mix and the best point for your holiday. -Sightseeing (Stuttgart, Heidelberg, Castles along the river neckar) -relaxing on our small terrasse or at the lake of breitenau, who is a stone´s throw away from our appartement. Watersports, bathing, sunbathing and fishing are possible there - a good point to start a tour by bike, motorbike oder hiking in the beautiful surroundings. -Excursions (Tripsdrill, Schwabenpark - leisure parks, Aquatoll for bathing, boattrip along the river of neckar, Zoo Stuttgart, Experimenta Technical Museum, Technical Museum of Cars and aircrafts Sinsheim, Audi Forum Neckarsulm, Neckar boattrip) -culture (castles, manor house Monrepo Ludwigsburg, old city of Bad Wimpfen, romantic street of wine, unless taste of wines - shopping malls (Wertheim Village, Esprit Outlet Würzburg, Cosmetics Mann&Schröder Siegelsbach, Seitenbacher Müsli Buchen) -Wellness (Soleo HN, Bäderwelt Sinsheim, Aquatoll Neckarsulm) -Lake of Breitenau a 40min walk will waiting if you try to walk to the lake - wine: make a rest in one of a bunch of small restaurants which are run by wine growers/family business. Enjoy the red wine which tastes brilliant and the regional cousine which is home-made. You get the possibiltiy to taste different wines and can supplement your stock of wine. by the way... the grapes are growing up 2min far from our house - You want to make a tour by bicycle thru the wineyards? We can manage to rent a bike for you..please contact us in advance for this service. Metro/Main Station 3 min walk; Highway A81 Conection 8 km (10min) Trains to Heilbronn/Schwäbisch Hall at working days all 15min. The trains are pick up you and your bicycle gladly. So you can arrange tours in a bigger circle and come back by train. playground 300m away for your car or mobiles home/camper are lot of space to park it in front of the appartement. On the main station is a conection to heilbronn and schwäbisch hall. The metro will transport your bike and so u get a bigger radius to act.
