Inside Ground floor: Large living room with widescreen TV. Wifi everywhere also at the terraces. Very nice well-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Large patio doors to the terrace. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, sink. Washing machine, storage room, stairs to the basement. First floor: Bedroom 1: A large bedroom with double bed, French doors to a balcony with a fantastic view, walk in closet, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom with a double bed. Bedroom 3: A large bedroom with 4 single beds. Bathroom: A nice family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. Outside Large beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, lovely terrace and a newly constructed heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. Of course there is a BBQ and plenty of sun loungers. Parking on the driveway of the house is possible, it is a detached house without neighbors and very quiet. Environment On a beautiful clear day, you can see the mountains of the famous 'Central Massif' from the main bedroom, and if you look south you can see the Gourdon towers. Gourdon (8 km) is a beautiful town full of charm, it is partly built with sandstone and has a lot of nice shops, bars, restaurants. Because Gourdon is built on a hill, you can enjoy beautiful views here. The town of Domme, famous for its beautiful view over the Dordogne, is also visible in the distance. Within a radius of 40 km you will have access to all the major sights of the Lot: Rocamadour, Le Gouffre de Padirac, Grottes de Lacave, Gramat, Figeac, St. Cirq La Popie, Cahors. But also the beautiful towns in the Dordogne: Sarlat, Domme, Le Roque Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud. There is a possibility for horse riding around.
