The house is in the centre of the popular sailing village Hamble, close to the marinas, pubs and restaurants. Bedroom 1 - superking bed or twin beds with ensuite shower over bath , TV. and wifi. Alternatively the kitchen diner is available to self cater breakfast. There is a second room on a separate listing - 'Hamble village house Room 2' £80 room only* The house is in a quiet road, a few minutes walk from the river and the marinas where there are eateries, 3 yacht clubs, 2 restaurants, 4 pubs and 2 cafes where breakfast is available. All of these places are excellent. It is advisable to book for evening meals in the pubs and restaurants especially in the summer. The kitchen with dining table is available for breakfast. I am usually here to meet guests on arrival to hand over the key, or arrangements will be made beforehand for key collection. Being in the centre of the village we're close to the river, yacht clubs, pubs, cafes, marinas and restaurants. These are all within easy walking distance. There is off road parking, a bus stop to city centre near to house and the train station within 15 mins walking distance.
