Comfortable fully equipped with queen size bed, flat screen TV, DSL Internet/wifi, living and dining area, desk and large walk-in closet. Nice fully equipped galley kitchen and full bathroom with tub and shower along with a half bathroom. This is a beautiful space well lit with floor to ceiling windows in the heart of downtown Warren with easy access to businesses and restaurants. Off street parking is located behind the building. You have your own private 450 square foot living space and full access to fully equipped shared kitchen and bathrooms. There is a great room on the third floor of the building with a wonderful view that can be enjoyed for early morning coffee or at the end of the day. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm happy to share all I know about the Warren area to help our guests have a great stay in Kinzua Country. We are located in a great safe downtown neighborhood across the street from the historic Struther's Library Theatre and near all of the downtown businesses and restaurants. This location is great for business people coming to town to work or for a vacation. Warren is a very walkable and bicycle friendly town. We also have great bus service with a major bus stop two country blocks from the apartment. Warren also has reliable taxi service. Warren is a wonderfully walkable town with easy access to area businesses and restaurants on foot or by bicycle. We also have easily accessible bus transportation from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday.
