"L'Atelier" is a very recently renovated and cozy cottage for families of up to 9 people (bed linen are included - no towels). Ideally located in the village of Roumont in the heart of the green Ardennes, near Saint-Hubert, Bastogne and La Roche-en-Ardenne. The property has three floors and a field of 18 acres. The ground floor has underfloor heating. You will find the entrance hall, the cloakroom, a large dining-room, a cozy living room with open fireplace, a toilet and the laundry. The kitchen is furnished with brand new and high quality equipment. The 5 bedrooms and play / TV room are on the 1st and 2nd floors. BED LINEN ARE INCLUDED. All 9 beds are made. From the wide sun terrace you will enjoy the meadow landscape and garden - as well as the barbecue, babyfoot and petanque facilities. No Wifi Je ne suis pas en mesure de vous recevoir personnellement mais, quelques jours avant votre arrivée, je vous communique une série d'informations pratiques concernant l'appartement. Vous pouvez également me contacter avant et pendant votre séjour. Le village de Roumont est très paisible. Nous n'acceptons pas l'organisation de fête / soirée. Nous demandons également de respecter le règlement communal pour le voisinage (pas de bruit entre 22h et 8h)
