##Description Our villa in Luigny is perfectly equipped as each Crazy Villa: outdoor swimming pool, pétanque court, city stadium, ping-pong table, games room with billiards & baby football, games console ... This is our 2nd Crazy Villa. All our other Crazy villas are available on all platforms as well as on our site. Our "city stadium" is a multisport field in the garden, where you can practice 5vs5 football or basketball, on professional quality synthetic turf. The garden is more than 2 hectares in total, in the countryside, but only 3 minutes from the exit of the A11 motorway and less than 1h30 from Paris. The villa has 7 bedrooms and a total of 30 beds, distributed as follows: Bedroom 1: 4 single beds and 1 double bed - 6 pax Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 2 single beds - 4 pax Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed - 3 pax Bedroom 4: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed - 3 pax Bedroom 5: 2 double beds - 4 pax Bedroom 6: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed - 4 pax Bedroom 7: 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed - 4 pax • 3 bathrooms • 4 toilets • A large games room • A large indoor dining room to dine together • The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 large refrigerators, 1 small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee and Nespresso machines, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 2 raclette machines 12 people… and of course all the crockery, unbreakable glasses, kitchen utensils, cutlery for around thirty people. Outside you will find a beautiful terrace, garden tables and chairs, with a BBQ and finally a heated outdoor swimming pool, generally accessible between April and October. Bed linen and bath towels are provided! Soap, shampoo and shower gel available. The entire place is privatized for your group with each reservation. Heated swimming pool (generally from April to October). 2 hectares of garden ## Aperitif, dinner, evening ... and noise pollution! La Crazy Villa de Luigny welcomes with pleasure all your events with friends, family or your business seminar. However, respecting our neighbours, although they are far away (150 meters and no vis-à-vis thanks to the large hedges and the U-shaped configuration of the house), is a priority for us! We have therefore put in place a certain number of precise rules so that everyone has a pleasant stay: - Indoors you can use the speakers provided for your evenings, without any particular restriction as long as the doors and windows remain closed. The power of our speaker has been studied so as not to disturb the neighbourhood and allow you to have a great evening :) - Outside you can have lunch, have a drink, dinner, enjoy the swimming pool ... but no music or microphone, day or night! The sound volume outdoors must be limited to 90 Db (noise of a motorbike) not to disturb the neighbours. We also ask you not to use the multisport field after 10 PM and not to put music on the field. A sensor from our partner Roomonitor alerts us if 90 Db is exceeded outdoors. This allows us to quickly notify you before the neighbors call the police and ruin your stay. You will also find a decibel meter which informs you live of the sound volume and allows everyone to be aware of any nuisance caused outside. It is therefore forbidden to bring your own speakers or microphone to put sound outside ... except the small 3W waterproof JBL for a chill atmosphere at the pool;) Do not hesitate to check our other villas, all of which do not have the same outdoor restrictions (Villa du Radar for example), or think of our villas with indoor swimming pool (Villas de la Ricardière and Champs Corons), where the speakers of reasonable sizes are accepted indoors around the pool! ## Contact You can contact us directly via the website or at 01.76.38.10.04 ##Location The villa is located in a small hamlet about 1km from the village of Luigny. For shopping and the market or going to a restaurant, the town of Brou is about 14km away. ##Transport Chartres train station is 45 minutes by car from the house. The nearest SNCF station: Nogent le Rotrou. From Paris, take the A10 then the A11 and exit at exit number 4: Nogent le Rotrou. ## Notes • BED SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED for the exact number of participants registered at the time of your reservation.
