Large spacious kitchen fully fitted with cooker, dishwasher and wood burning stove, seating for 10. 1st floor : Spacious enclosed balcony sitting area with panoramic views leading to bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with Juliet balcony sleeps 3/4 king size bed & single bed ( can be changed on request to bunk beds) Bedroom 3 sleeps 3/4 king size bed , single bed & pull out bed. Small toilet & sink We have two separate gardens 1 to the front with covered seating area & large garden below with covered decked dinning area. Kobarid is 10min away where your find quality restaurants and bars ,along with shops and banks. Trieste airport 45 mins Ljubljana 2 hrs away venice 2hrs We have a strict NO ANIMAL & NON SMOKING policy within the house.
