You have exclusive use of the site for your group including the barn building with hunt room and exotic room. 2) The watermill located 800 meters from the chateau has a sleeping capacity of 12 people in 4 bedrooms. You will enjoy our lakes and waterfront microbrewery with tasting room, beer garden and dock. The spectacular scenery will transport you back to the 17th century with the waterwheel, streams, waterfalls as well as the brick oven building with its large fireplace and old authentic bread oven. You can also go out in our kayaks and pedal boats, or simply relax in our natural rock Jacuzzi. The Airbnb experience Brasserie du Perche is available at the watermill site Rent includes water and electricity charges, linen and towels are provided and beds are made when you arrive, we also provide fully equipped kitchens. Bedrooms are spacious and quiet, bathrooms have been renovated in a style that combines comfort and tradition. Miserai is a place to relax, however, for those who must stay connected, we have several WiFi access points throughout the property to ensure a very good distribution of our broadband connections. Grocery shopping is nearby at Carrefour in Tourouvre 5 miles away or Intermarché at Longny au Perche 6 miles away. ADDITIONAL FEES: Indicated pricing is for the chateau with 8 bedrooms and 16 people maximum occupancy. Additional charges apply for the guesthouse, exotic room, barn and watermill. Heating and linens fees vary according to seasons, number of occupied bedrooms and use or not of certain facilities. If requested, central heating is 80€ per day for the Chateau and 40€ for the guesthouse and watermill, you will most likely need it from October through April. Cleaning fee is mandatory and includes sheets and towels, it is 25 Euros per occupied bedroom per stay. We always send a customized detailed estimate before you confirm your reservation.
