BBking Casa Vacanze “La Maretta” is located in Marina di Gioiosa Ionica in the province of Reggio Calabria, in one of the most beautiful places on the Ionian coast. Famous for its crystalline sea, repeatedly awarded with the blue flag, Gioiosa Ionica is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday where you can enjoy the sea, the beach and dive. Our structure is on the first floor and overlooks the sea side; can accommodate up to seven people, furnished with fine furniture, has a modern kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed. The apartment is in the city center 50 meters from the sea and the whole village can be visited easily on foot without the need to use a car. The airport of Reggio Calabria is 64 km away and can be easily reached in an hour by road, as well as that of Lamezia Terme which is at the same distance. NOTE: Bed and bath linen can be provided upon request for a fee. For weekly stays, an extra euro 50 will be charged for final cleaning to be paid locally. For short stays an extra euro 20 will be charged for final cleaning to be paid locally.
