‘Bonny Doon’ Ground Floor Annex Accomodation

On the village boundary in the beautiful village of Evenley on the borders of Northants and Oxfordshire, “Bonny Doon” is a recently renovated apartment attached to our main home. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom, open plan living space with cinema screen & sofa bed for additional guests, kitchen area, shower room and outside terrace. The Red Lion our excellent pub is a stones throw, we also have a fab village shop. We are perfectly placed for Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford & Cotswolds “Bonny Doon” was a lock down project. The accommodation is a newly renovated, clean and modern space. You enter the property via the Kitchen which contains all usual cooking facilities. The living area has comfy sofas (the new Made sofa doubles as a bed if more than 2 guests. Guests can access Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime via a TV (the cinema screen can also be requested for use) There is a dining table & chairs for 4. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers with hanging space for shirts and a mirror. The new bathroom room has large walk in shower, and enormous sink unit. Guests are welcome to use the designated terrace area which includes outside seating where they will be able to enjoy the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. . Access to the garden can be arranged but should be noted there are 6 ponds dotted around so young children should be supervised at all times. Parking for 2 cars included. Evenley is a beautiful village set in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. The village itself is set around a cricket pitch where local league matches are played frequently throughout the Summer months. Our local pub the Red Lion is cosy inside and has a large beer garden, they serve delicious food, a good Sunday roast, if you love schnitzel, they do a great range. We have a lovely village shop serving barista coffee, cakes and eco gifts. Our Barn Owl Jerseys Farm Shop on Bicester Hill is a small artisan grocer and includes a very good butcher. They also serve THE most delicious ice cream, recommend you take a tub or two home! The village is situated moments from the A43, only 15 mins from Junction 10 on the M40. We are 20-30 mins from Silverstone Race Track, Bicester Village, Oxford City Centre, Blenheim Palace & Stowe Park & Gardens.
