Private studio near Mill with bikes & free parking

Beautiful studio in a monumental farm near the Wihelmina, the highest Mill in Groningen. It is on the egde of "the Koningslaagte" in a rural setting, close to the city. About 10 to 15 minutes (bycycle) to the heart of the center. 7 min to Kardinge &Zernike (car) The studio (28m2) near the Mill is non-smoking and has one double bed (160 x 200). An old chemistry table is placed in the center of the room with microwave, free organic tea and coffee (regular coffee) making facilities, refrigerator. There is a seating area for 5 persons. For one child there is a TripTrap chair or babychair. You can use free Wi-Fi and a speaker for music. Your private bathroom sometimes shared with 2 guests staying at my outside place. The bathroom is next to the room. Towels shampoo are free for you to use. There are two bikes available (incl in the price) BBQ with equipment is included in the price. Wood to make one fire per booking is included in the price. Toeristtax 3.75 euro per person per night is included in the price. One dog is welcome 25 euro per booking to pay cash on the spot. Free parking for your car. You can enjoy breakfast outside, there is a garden place next to your room or you can sit in the big private garden. The room and place has direct views of the Mill. We live in the farm as Well but have our own bathroom and intrance so you have complete privacy. There are many cycling routes and the nearby visiterscenter "De Buitenplaats" is a route to reach through the pastures intrance is near the farm. It is located direct in the oldest natural invoirement of west-Europa. A small playground for small children is available. You can park your car free at our place. There are bikes available for you. There is a very extensive bicycle card available. We are always willing to give you tips About Groningen. Room near the Mill is close to town, the distance to the edge of the center is about 10 minutes by bike, within 15 minutes you are on the Grote Markt. The bus stop is a 5- minute walk away and takes you straight to the terminal Kardinge, from there every 10 minutes a train leaves to the citycenter. You can park your car free at Kardinge (7min drive) from there a bus takes to straight to the center tickets for a very small price (every 10 minutes a bus leaves) The ICE and Sport- SwimmingCentar Kardinge with many outdoor activities) is within 7 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bycycle. Zernike is a 7 minutes drive by car (12 min by bike) The bus to Lauwersoog to get on the boat to the island Schiermonnikoog is 5 min walk. Perfect for a visit for a day on this small island.
