The apartment in the house Sonnschein is located at 1. 130 m above sea level. M. on a high plateau between the commercial city of Bolzano (29.6 KM) and the spa town of Merano (28.2 KM). Our house is south facing, in a mild, sun-kissed, quiet location and is an ideal starting point for relaxed mountain hikes and mountain or e-bike tours for all ages. The apartment (60m ²) is located on the first floor and has a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, oven, dishes, pots, fridge with small freezer ...), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with Shower, bidet and washing machine and a south-facing balcony with chairs and a table. In the lounge you will find various community games, games for our younger guests, table football and plenty of reading material, as well as hiking guides, ... In the garden there is a charcoal grill, a trampoline, swings, sandpit, sun loungers.
