Dream apartment by the sea near Athens

In a two (2) acres land with olive trees you'll discover the notion of tranquility. The apartment is an autonomous residence on the ground floor of a two level house and in front of a small lovely bay with direct access to the sea. You will find yourself in a quiet place with beautiful view and green-blue sea only 80 km from Athens. Even many greeks that come to our village don't know about it and they don't believe that exists such a place near Athens. There is a double bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, an anatomic bed mattress and a closet. Has direct views over the sea. From there, you can hear the magical sounds of the sea especially during the night time that relaxes your soul. The living room is in one place with the kitchen. Has a table for 4 people and a sofa that can be a double bed. Sorry guys i don't have a tv. You came to relax not to watch tv... Internet came to our area last year....oh!!! yes...last year... and it is not possible yet the access to houses. You can find free wi-fi to the tavernas and the coffe shops we have. The sea in front of the house has deep waters. It is ideal for swimming, scuba diving or fishing. If you are afraid of deep waters there are two beaches near no more than 1 klm that you can walk or go by car. There is no super market or a grocery shop in the village so you have to buy everything from the villages before. Near by is an airfield that you can try paraglinding or you can fly if you know how. Athens airoport is 110klm and also 110klm is Delfi. Also you can walk arround safe. There is a dirt road for 200meters to reach the house. Please anytime send me a message with your questions. You can use all the land arround the house. There is also a big barbeque but it is wise to use it only when it is not windy to avoid any fire. Also a big stone oven that you can use any time. I also have a small barbeque that you can use it. I'll be happy to welcome you when you arrive.If i'm not be able to do that a friend of mine will open the house for you and also help you to set down. The only way to come is by your own transportation or a taxi. There is a dirt road for 200meters to reach the house. If your car isn't high enough for drive to a dirt road you'll leave it in an safe area 200meters from the house. Notice please that only Cosmote have sign in Agios Vasileios.
