A large double bedroom situated in the heart of Derby conveniently located close to Rolls Royce, Derby City Centre (Intu), Bombardier and The Royal Derby Hospital. Easy connections to the M1, A38, A52 and A50. Double size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, mirrors and T.V Double size bedroom, bathroom and dining room I work shifts so I might not be around all the time, but there is a family member present at all times to help. Lots of regular bus connections into Derby City Centre, Rolls Royce and Royal Derby Hospital. Train station is 10-15 min walk. M1 is very easy to access from our house as well as the A38, A52 and A50. Local amenities: Train station, supermarkets, library, petrol station, takeaways and restaurants. My mum does make some lovely food. If you would like some home cooked authentic food you can request on the day and it will be provided for a small reasonable price.
