The living space is an open plan, kitchen/diner and living room, with two en-suite bedrooms, one bedroom is downstairs, rooms can be either Super King beds or twin rooms. The sofa is a double size sofa bed for plus two. The Kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an ice box. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. Great for families or friends Nice size garden, open views Wifi Zip and Link beds in the bedrooms, 1 bedroom is downstairs. Beds can be Kingsize or Twins. (Please state your requirements when getting in touch) Wood pellet boiler supplying heat and hot water. Selection of DVDs, games and books Bed Linen and Towels Off road parking No smoking Up to 4 well behaved dogs (not to be left in the property unattended or allowed on beds or furniture). Warm water dog wash area on site. Use of Kennel and Run (at your own risk) Shared use of Washing Machine in laundry room. Shops 3 miles Pubs 3 miles. We live and work on site, so are around a large portion of the time should you need us, we are obviously around less in the summer months due to Harvest, but are always contactable by phone. Enjoy the quiet surroundings found on the farm, or take a trip to Drayton Manor & Thomas Land (a 15minute drive), or go skiing at The Snowdome or Tamworth has its very own castle both a (10 minute drive). The National Memorial Arboretum is very close too. Tamworth train station is a 10 minute drive away, with direct links to Birmingham (20 Minutes) or take a trip to Londo (Website hidden by Airbnb) hrs depending on the train taken)
