Large detached studio in the grounds of an Oast House. Countryside village location with beautiful views, luxurious super king bed, en-suite bathroom and spacious living area with TV and wifi. . Great for walks, local pubs and exploring the south coast. A year round venue with easy access to the coast and country. A comfortable, quiet and private detached studio in a lovely setting located down a long private drive. All on one level with a small access step. A large 6 foot double bed, larder fridge, tea and coffee, toaster, satellite TV and internet. We provide breakfast of granola, yoghurt, berries, toast and preserves. We'll make sure we're around to greet you on arrival and show you around. If you are interested we can give you plenty of recommendations for the local area too. The studio will be all yours with your own private entrance - we'll provide you with the keys and access codes and then leave you to enjoy your stay. We like to give our guests privacy but are always on hand should you need us or would like advice on the locality. Wonderful rural village with a pub within walking distance. Lots of towns to explore. Battle, Hastings, Eastbourne, Lewes, Rye and Tunbridge Wells. Because of our rural location a car is the easiest option, but if not we are equidistant between Battle and Polegate railway stations.
