It is walking distance to the Mill Bay Centre and Brentwood College School as well as a quick ten minute drive to Shawnigan Lake School. This home has a large gourmet kitchen with JenAire gas range, dishwasher, and fridge as well as a large kitchen island with stools for added seating. There is an covered outdoor entertaining area with a propane barbecue, table and chairs for lovely outdoor dinners with exceptional ocean views. A gas fireplace provides an instant, cozy atmosphere in the living room. It is a one level, wheel chair friendly rancher with wide doorways and easy access throughout the house and outdoor areas. A dry , two car garage is available for your convenience if you happen to visit during our coastal rainy season. The private pool is heated from May through to September and the hot tub is heated year round. We are situated at our home just ten minutes away so we can be available should you need anything, but we will let you enjoy your holiday otherwise! You are welcome to use the self-check-in option at the front door on arrival. If you would prefer, one of us would be happy to meet you in person and give you a quick tour and overview of the amenities. Local bus services and Cobble Hill Taxi are available for local travel.
