A "12x35" 2 bedroom Willerby Etchingham 2021 comfy spacious holiday home with double glazing, central heating throughout, featuring top quality finishing at Harts Holiday Park. The park boosts a modern indoor pool, family bar, restaurant, arcade, crazy golf course and an adventure playground. 5 minutes walk to the seafront, mini roller coasters, pubs, and so much more. This accommodation has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, with a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Beds are made on arrival. - COVID-19 cleaning guidelines in place between guests. - Spacious open plan lounge with dining area. - Kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutleries, plates, glasses, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. Tea and coffee items also provided. - 1 x double bedroom with a double bed. - 1 x twin bedroom with 2 comfy beds and sofa bed in the lounge. ( travel cot not provided) - Bed linens provided. - The bathroom has a walk in shower. We provide bath soaps and toilet rolls. Towels not provided. - Holiday park features a heated indoor swimming pool, entertainment venue, bar, restaurant, amusement arcade (entertainment passes must be purchased at reception to access the swimming pool, bar, restaurant and entertainment venue), crazy golf course (pls note additional charges apply) children's outdoor play area and an on site launderette. l can be reached by phone and email. I will respond quickly to requests and questions. The caravan/mobile home is located within Harts Holiday Park which offers the perfect location for a fun -filled family holiday. Walk down to the seaside or enjoy the indoor swimming pool, clubhouse and arcade area within the park. There is crazy golf for the family and there are two playgrounds for children too, thus very family friendly. The beach is about 5 minutes from the caravan and the nearest shop about 3 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants close to the Holiday Park to choose from. From here the Isle of Sheppey can be explored - not far from local nature reserves where you can go on lovely walks and Warden Point where you can hunt for fossils. The closest bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the park entrance where you can get the bus to the town centre, Sheerness train station and other nearby towns like Sheerness, Minster on Sea, Eastchurch etc Local cabs are also available for getting around. - Passes must be purchased at reception to access the swimming pool and other facilities within the park (excluding the launderette and outdoor play areas). Facilities include restaurant, clubhouse, bar, entertainment venue, amusement arcade. Please note that all facilities and swimming sessions must be pre-booked. - additional charges apply for crazy golf course, segway, crafty pottery, teddy mountain, and Dino/go karts. Please note that all activities must be pre-booked. - Swimming pool and entertainment venue are closed off season between November and February(or atimes 1st week in March). - No smoking in the caravan and dogs are not allowed.
