Perfect Point Lake House with Kayaks!

Come relax and enjoy our non-smoking, newly furnished home located on Lake Hernando in the Tsala Apopka chain of Lakes famous for bass fishing. Miles of water to explore and a dock ready for your boat. Public boat ramp located just minutes from the property. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise every morning as you delight in the sounds of the various birds filling the air with beautiful music. Large oak tree shade the back yard making it enjoyable all day. Spend your evenings outside around the firepit/patio by the lake. The home comes with kayaks and life jackets so you can enjoy the water easily from the back yard. You will have a great night's sleep in our 4 bedroom 2.5 baths home. New beds, pillows and linens await. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses and utensils to make your time in the kitchen easy. There is also a breakfast area and dining room that seats 8. Relax on the lanai that overlooks the large oak trees and beautiful lake Hernando. Because we are located so close to the water and are surrounded by the large oak trees you may see an occasional bug in the house. We have regular pest control but it's Florida and sometimes the price of living so close to the wild beauty. The home has a ring video door bell on the front door for security. Also, there is some construction in the development of a new residential home. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and hoping it will not impact your stay at the Perfect Point Lake House! Centrally located to many activities Golf at several premium golf courses minutes away 2 miles to the Withlacoochie State Trail 46 miles long 30 minutes to Crystal River (scalloping, manatees, fishing) 30 minutes to Rainbow Springs State Park (float the crystal clear river) 10 minutes to Old Town Inverness (enjoy live music and amazing food) less than 2 hours from the famous Disney World Resort
