Spacious self contained annex to Victorian a few minutes' walk from Faversham town centre and railway station. Extremely spacious accommodation with modern kitchen. Guest have own access to property. Bathroom : - Modern white suite with generous sized shower, toilet, vanity basin and heated towel rail. - Shampoo conditioner, shower gel and soap provided. Kitchen: - Modern fitted kitchen, newly installed March 2019 - Electric cooker and 4 ring electric hob with extractor - Full sized integrated fridge freezer - Dishwasher, tablets supplied - Washing machine, detergent supplied - Good selection of pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. - Milk, condiments, vinegar etc provided. Living Room: - Large living room decorated in period vintage style with bay window to front - Period marble fireplace with wood burning stove, wood supplied. - Large sofa and 2 arm chairs coffee table - Table and chairs - Flat screen TV with free view and DVD player, list of DVDs to borrow - Bookcase with selection of paper backs - Selection of games - Magazine rack and magazines Bedroom : - Extremely spacious bedroom with windows to front and rear. - Double and kingside beds with bedside drawers either side and bedside lamps. - Balcony with table and chairs overlooking owners’ garden - Large wardrobe - Dressing table and seat with mirror, hairdryer - Full length mirror Outside: - Patio area with table and chairs - Guests are welcome to enjoy owners garden - on road parking, permits supplied Guests have sole use of the entire annex which has its own entrance to the rear accessed via an iron gate. Outside, guests have sole use of a decked patio area with table and chairs. Guest are welcome to explore owners' garden and use washing line. Parking is on road via a permit system, we will give you permits when you arrive. We are flexible on checkout times if we don't have guests booked in immediately afterwards. We are happy for you to leave your bags with us if you arrive before check in and property is not yet ready. We live next door so are on hand and happy to help or give advice. There is an information folder with suggestion on places to eat. It's location makes it ideal for access to Canterbury and the coastal towns as well as London. The house is within a few minutes walk to the town centre, railway station and the market and many cafes and restaurants. Parking is on street via a permit, I will supply these on arrival, 1 per booking. There is also a public car park less than 5 mins walk. The railway station is at the top of our road, about 5 minutes walk for direct trains to London (1 hour), Dover (30 mins), Canterbury (13 mins) and the coastal towns of Margate, Broadstairs and Whitstable (8 mins). The bus stop for buses to Canterbury is a 2 minute walk away.
