The canal meanders through the centre of the village and offers beautiful, relaxing walks and long cycle paths - for as far as you choose to explore. Ideally situated for visitors attending The National Memorial Arboretum or Alrewas Hayes. We also have Catton Hall, Lichfield Cathedral and many local attractions on our doorstep. The village plays host to many narrow boaters, travelling from far and wide, who choose to return to this beautiful spot time and time again. In addition to having a lovely community it has practically everything you could want during your stay - an award winning butchers, 3 pubs, a lovely cafe, a Coop, a post office, a chip shop, chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant - all within easy walking distance.
