Luxury guest room in an old School with breakfast

This historic place in the center of the picturesque old town of Ameide is a two-minute walk from the Lek. It was originally an old school that has now been fully modernized. You will still find traces; breakfast (included) is served in the former classroom and on the side of the building behind the monumental facade is the original old school entrance. In the hall there is the toilet, in the guest room with TV, a sitting area with work table and private shower and washing facilities. The room is lockable. You enter through a private entrance. A short distance away is De Zouweboezem, a beautiful nature area with beautiful walking routes along the vast swampy reed fields that are a breeding ground for unique bird species. Bird spotters can indulge themselves here. Directly from the guestroom you can also walk along the beautiful historic buildings in the old center, to the beach at the Lek or the clog path along the fruit orchards. You can cycle along the Lekdijk to beautiful historic towns (such as Schoonhoven) with cozy shops and terraces. The bus stop is 1 minute walk; on the corner of Lekdijk / JW v Puttestraat (two minutes walk from our geustroom)
