This adorable Cape cottage gives way to an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling and the kitchen, living and dining area all in the main gathering space. Two bedrooms, a sleeping/gaming loft and a full bathroom are also in the great room area. The laundry facilities and storage are in the foyer. The master bedroom is on the other side of the cottage with a master bathroom and stunning lake view. It is all one floor although there is one step down from the foyer to the main living area. 2 parking spaces along retaining wall and 2 in the driveway. We have a keypad entry for contactless check-in and have 24/7 emergency services, if necessary. We are located in a quiet, private community of lakefront homes. Everyone is respectful of both residents and their guests. It's a short walk or bike ride to Bellangelo winery and Wiemer Vineyards from here. Best to use a vehicle to get around these parts with so much to explore -- wineries, breweries, antiques, Amish farms, Watkins Glen, parks, boat launches, restaurants. But, we bet you'll find it hard to leave the back patio, dock and Seneca Lake! Weekly rentals only in July and August - book NOW for Summer 2022. Two-night minimum for weekends other times of year.
