'Robins Retreat' Country Garden Studio Haven

Beautiful new garden room with en-suite shower (no bath) and tea/coffee making facilities. Located in the stunning, picturesque village of Upper Beeding (with local supermarket & two pubs offering food/beer gardens on the River Adur) this gorgeous studio room offers a peaceful, light space to relax to the birdsong and enjoy the flowers! With outside space to enjoy your morning coffee, a really comfy sofa bed, fresh bedding and fluffy towels, what's not to enjoy! Perfect for walkers and cyclists! This is a compact en-suite studio room but is the perfect sized space for up to two people to relax and enjoy the tranquility. I will be available at various times throughout the day and contactable by phone and text. The South Downs Way is on our doorstep. You can head off in any direction and go on a stunning walk. The next town is Steyning, which is also beautiful, with lots of quaint and unique shops. On the way to Steyning is Bramber Castle for historians and picnic fans alike! We are 10 minutes drive to Shoreham if you are more of a beach person and for those who love city life, Brighton is really close too. The bus stop is five minutes away and buses take you to Shoreham and Brighton every hour. By car, Brighton is about 20 minutes without traffic. This area is also highly popular with cyclists. Please note that the sofa bed is left as a sofa to ensure that you have plenty of space to relax before bedtime! If for any reason you would like me to make it into a bed before your arrival, please do let me know and I will do that for you.
