Lovely beautiful house with flower garden

My house is lovely and cozy and I will help you feel right at home:-) My place is cozy with a new kitchen and bathroom. You will have your own private room and we will share kitchen and bathroom. I will make room for your stuff in the refrigerator. You will have your own tv in the room with chromecast. This means that you can connect your smart devises to chromecast/tv. You can eat in your private room where there is a table. There is a big garden where you can relax and enjoy the sun:-) The house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You can park your car in front of the house, free. You have 100 meters to a park with lake, and 700 meters to Arnbjerg and Arnbjerg park. If you walk through the parks you have 1,2 kilometers to city center. If you drive you have 2 kilometers to city center. The house is 300 meters from shopping and restaurants. House Rules - Please park in front of the house and not in my driveway. - You are not allowed to have guests, but you can ask and it might be ok. - Please always close the bathroom door because I have heat in the bathroom floor and often more heat in bathroom than other rooms :-) - Please always make sure that you dont leave any water around the kitchen sink and kitchen table. It is Wood and will leave ugly marks! - Please clean your diches (by hand) and put it and other kitchen stuff back where you took it from - no shoes on in the house:-) - Please keep in mind that this is my home. I might have a friend over for the evening or weekend. This is a home where it is okay to talk, laugh and watch tv in the evening. THANK YOU :-) About corona/COVID-19: - I leave a small towel for you in your room. Please use it to dry your hands in the bathroom so that you dont use mine - I have hand sanitiser in the kitchen. Please use it before you touch anything in the kitchen (table, refritiator, handle) every time. There is lots of space. If you arrive by bike you can leave the bike by the house or in the shed. If you arrive by train or by bus the house is located 600 meters away so it is a short way.
