Welcome to our space! The townhouse is located within a 4 minute walk from the town centre, and 10 minutes from both stations. The lovely Moat park is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. Leeds Castle is also only a 9 minute drive away! (GoApe is also located here). We have traveled and stayed in loads of AirB&B’s over the years. So, we know what guests want; immaculately clean, really easy, flexible and fairly priced. We hope you enjoy your stay, and welcome to our home! Matt & Selina The sun room includes a separate balcony which is only accessible from this room. The room has lovely floor to ceiling windows, flooding the room in sun in the afternoon and early evening (hence the name..!). There’s electric capable parking available on the drive, and more free parking just a minute walk from the property. We are also right next to a paid car park if wanted. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor, and a toilet located on the ground floor. The door is accessed via a door code. This can be personalised to your own code for ease (between 4 - 9 digits). This means we can also facilitate a self-check in option. Guests have access to their respective room on the first floor. The room also has access to its own private balcony overlooking the street. Guests are able to use the designated 1st floor bathroom, alongside the ground floor toilet. We live in a quiet but centrally located part of Maidstone which is surprisingly close to the town centre (only a 4 minute walk). You have access to all that Maidstone has to offer, including Moat park, Leeds castle, Go Ape and Maidstone town centre to name a few. We are also located only a 50 minute train ride from London. Should you want the opposite choose, the beach (Folkestone/ Whitstable) is also only 40 minutes by train or car. We are so centrally located, you can walk to most places. You also have access to parking should you need to park your car. We have an electric car charger too. There are regular bus and train options, alongside plenty of taxis available at most hours (including early morning and late night). Please remove your shoes by the front door. There is no smoking inside - we like to keep everything clean and comfortable for all guests! With that in mind, welcome to our home and enjoy your stay!
