Sunny Lynn, Countryside guest house, Scouthead

Sunny Lynn is a two bedroom property in the countryside between Oldham and Saddleworth. It has everything you need for a get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property has beautiful views over Oldham, Manchester and the lovely countryside surrounding it. It is a fantastic stay for walkers, workers and couples alike. I am offering a home similar to that which I look for when staying away with my own young family. Manchester is only £15 in an Uber which is ideal for a night out. The space is just like being at home with all the amenities you should need for your stay. You'll have a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen should you need to cook and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a shower and toilet room, a king size master bedroom and a bedroom containing two single beds. There is a rear outdoor space that is under renovation and a lawned outfront. You have access to the lawned area at the front and a rear garden is currently under renovation. You can park on the driveway which is under CCTV. There are open fields with public footpaths running through them (perfect for an off lead run), easily accessible from the property. I am happy to socialise with my guests upon request or leave you to your retreat (default) :) I am available by text or call throughout your stay. This property is unique in its location close to the major supermarkets but set enough into the countryside to feel complete privacy and relaxation. Expect horses and tractors rather than traffic. It is close to the beautiful Dovestones (15 minutes) and Strinesdale reservoirs (5 minutes) and there is plenty of public footpaths accessible from the property. Within walking distance is a pub 'The roebuck' which has delicious food and drink available for most of the day. (Last food order at 9) Oldham center is 5 minutes drive away. From here it is £4.20 return to Manchester center with the last tram around 1am. Local buses are available from the main road 10 minutes away. Some transport maybe available to be arranged if required. I live next door with my young family and dog (Spaniel). You shouldn't come into contact with him unless of course you wish to.
