River House with Spectacular Tile and Masonry

Magnificent 3+BR 2 full bath River House with seasonal views of the river and year long mountain views. Spectacular masonry and tile work abound in this one of a kind village river experience. House is comfortably furnished and set up for entertaining with ample sleeping space. Note that there is a private office in the basement that is locked to Airbnb guests and employee/s do work there. No pets allowed, no exceptions. NO SMOKING!!!! House is fully accessible to guests aside from basement office. I travel frequently but have staff to answer questions upon check in. Although a New Hope address, the house is in the river village of Point Pleasant. One of the oldest towns in Pennsylvania, the property has private wooded patio facing the mountain, as well as BBQ and outdoor seating. Short drives to Doylestown, PA Lumberville, PA, Frenchtown, NJ, Lambertville, NJ, Stockton, NJ and New Hope. All feature many restaurants, shoppes, cafes and night life. Point Pleasant has Point Pleasant Villiage Store, FP Kolbe's Gift Shop, Bucks County River Country and Kolbe's Cafe. Uber, Lyft and private transportation options only. Please note that the entrance to the house is around back so you will need to climb steps in order to access it. Upon entry to the house, there are a dining and living room on that 2nd floor but the three bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs. This is a pet free home, no exceptions.
