Our restored 15th century apartment is in a unique position on Cookham High Street, located within 500 meters to 7 different restaurants and pubs and four Michelin Star restaurants within 3 miles. Situated above our beautiful wine shop with a pop up wine bistro on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and all day Sunday. We have very comfortable beds, 100% cotton sheets and towels. The perfect choice for couples, business travellers and families. We have a unique 2 bedroom apartment that can potentially sleep six if you incorporate the sofa bed in the lounge. A well equipped kitchen that has lots of essentials so that you don't have to waste time buying dishwasher tabs, washing powder, olive oil and toilet rolls! organise a shop directly if required and we will ensure we are here to receive it and will put away your chilled and freezer food. Private parking at the back for up to 6 cars with a very narrow entrance. Shared access through to the apartment. We are available everyday and work from the property Monday to Sunday. Please note no access to the wine shop is available apart from when the shop is open (please see website). We are always available if required. Our shop is open everyday therefore there is always somebody around. We are very lucky to live in a beautiful and unique environment. We are a stones throw away from the river Thames and there are some beautiful walks along the river to Marlow or to Boulters Lock in Maidenhead. Cookham has a wonderful friendly community with so much to explore, a destination that will suit all ages! Cookham railway station with connections to Maidenhead and London is only 1 mile away. We hold wine bistro evenings in our shop on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening and 12-6 on a Sunday. Some of our favourite restaurants in the village are Anong Thai, The Bel and Dragon, The White Oak, Maliks and Uncle Toms Cabin.
