The Nest at Plaistow Bed & Breakfast is totally private and separate to the main house offering a warm, friendly and high-quality bed and breakfast in a beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable en-suite room. Guests can also enjoy breakfast or an evening meal in the outside space when the weather is warm and a woodburner is available for cooler evenings. Plaistow is a quintessential Sussex village, full of character and charm and off the beaten track yet with easy access to many attractions and not far from Gatwick and Heathrow. LOCATION The beauty of our accommodation is that it is separate to the main house ensuring privacy at all times. The Nest is spacious and comfortable and there is plenty of room for a travel cot or a child’s bed if required. The room is en-suite with bath and separate shower. OUTSIDE SPACE Guests have use of a lovely, separate outside space to enjoy a chilled glass of wine and there is a fire pit for chilly evenings. There is also a barbecue available for your use. SERVICE As a family run business, you can be assured of a warm welcome, local knowledge and friendly personal service. PEACE AND QUIET Set deep in the countryside in the tranquil village of Plaistow on the Surrey/Sussex border, The Nest is the perfect place to relax and unwind. For those seeking a more active stay, there is plenty to do as you will see from our local information page. BREAKFAST Served in the comfort of your own room (or outside when the weather is warm) with plenty of choice from a Continental to a full English, our breakfasts are delicious with fresh eggs from our own hens. Other ingredients are sourced from local suppliers where possible. Breakfast is not included in our nightly rate and is from £7.50 per person. DINNER An evening meal served with a complimentary bottle of house wine is also available, bookable in advance, and a menu can be sent to you prior to arrival. This works particularly well for guests who have to travel some distance to get to us and would like dinner on their first night.
