Most Glamorous room is sanitized and has been left vacant for days. This grand "chambre" is in a charming condo in Rockville, Maryland. Huge! A place perfect for a professional conducting a fellowship in Gaithersburg, Rockville / White Flint area close to Bethesda and NW Wash DC. Excellent for season interns and/or research assistant conducting long-term assignments or projects. The abode is central to shops, restaurants and main roads. It has a Private bath and comes exquisitely furnished too! I have furnished the common area and bedrooms in a plush decorative setting. Common Area and Kitchen with Comfy Furniture and Comfy Atmosphere: Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances I check in to ensure comfort level. It's in a great location very close to National Institute of Health, and Washington DC, has a homey feel. There are several bus lines and a 15 minute walk to and from DC Metroline (Twinbrook Stop or White Flint Stop) Plenty of Restaurants and Stores nearby. 7Eleven included Great walking trails nearby as well. All Utilities covered, Comfortable Bed, Accommodation, Shower, Bathroom, Cooking Appliances like as Stove, great public transportation, proximity to two shopping centers. I include recline-able sofas in the family room as well tv channels including HBO. Although I prefer independent and professional guests, I check in with them every few days or so to ensure they're doing well and are ok with their environment. During the first week, I am in touch more often. The nature, the security, the coziness of the community. During the warmer months, the lawns are exceptionally green and beautiful. There are gardens and a serenity about the place. If choosing not to drive, There is super convenient bus transportation available. Both the WMATA Metro Bus as well as Montgomery County Ride on Bus are near by at the top of the condominium complex. Transportation to NIH, Silver Spring, White Flint, Gaithersburg are very easy and convenient. Drivers license and photo of car is necessary for me to get a long term parking pass. This will come at a charge.
