From what they tell me NO day off IS the new day off in working out ... We will have staff on-hand to help with all of your needs from welcoming you onto the island and into the house to marketing, daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and cooking should you like (at an additional fee). The house was designed to offer you every imaginable amenity in oceanfront beach living - a rare Fire Island Pines weekly rental opportunity. To help you prepare for you trip to the house, upon your booking we will forward you our direct contact information as well as an electronic copy of the house manual - the latter usually answers the most frequently asked questions. There are several bound copies of the manual at the house for your use as well. That said, Fire Island Pines is a 20 minute ferry ride from Sayville, New York, accessible through all major New York airports including Long Island McArthur Airport as well as the Long Island Rail Road. Once you are in the Pines it is all about walking the boardwalks and long strolls on the the beach... There will be (or should be) a little wagon in the front gate shed - if you like take it with you to town to carry things back from the market or ferry. All are enforceable without Landlord prior written consent. If you have a specific issue with one of the rules, such as a pet, please inquire and we will make reasonable accommodations where possible. Tenant/guests must abide by ALL Town of Brookhaven Noise Ordinances; If the house is listed for rent or sale showing, with 24 hour notice, shall be allowed; No pets (without Landlord permission); No smoking permitted inside the house; No use of fireplace Orb in the living room; No diving or jumping into the pool or hot tub; No gatherings of more than 25 people permitted; No commercial use of the property whatsoever! Any (and each) violation of individual house rules will be cause for additional fees, each limited to $1000.
