Two rooms in a very quiet cul de sac. Lovely views from decking, huge back garden leading to horses paddocks. In the nice weather you are welcome to use the out door space. There is a conservatory for you to eat your breakfast and enjoy the stunning views. No small rooms apart from office which guests are welcome to use the desk. My dogs live with me and are very friendly and I do occasionally have friends dogs to stay. A stones throw away ( 10 min drive) from Durham and the A1 but out in the countryside so very peaceful for you to relax. In summer you can sit out on the decking to enjoy the views while you eat your breakfast. You are welcome to join me and my dogs in the large lounge in lovely comfortable seating, and use the conservatory for eating or working. If you bring things to cook your welcome to use the kitchen. I will always try to accommodate any guests requests. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside so its very quiet with no passing traffic. The house built in 2006 so is fairly new. The house is spacious and bright and warm. There is a Salisburys less than 5 minutes away in a small block of shops Chinese take away, fish & chip shop and a free use cash machine. There are very regular busses into Bishop Auckland and Durham just at the end of the cul-de-sac. There is also a very good local taxi firm. There are dogs that live here and they are allowed to go any where in the house with the exception of guests bedroom/s. Please also be aware I do dog home boarding so there may be up to 4 dogs in the house.
