At the foot of a windmill, this lovely country cottage is situated in a beautiful village close to the River Elbe and the Golf Course Lüdersburg. The scenery at the River Elbe with beaches and wetlands is pure nature, can be explored by biking and hiking. Lüneburg and Hamburg can be reached quickly and easily. The cottage is situated in a quiet street behind the windmill and is an ideal base to explore the area. The large natural plot and a garden invite you to relax. The RiverElbe (10 minutes by bike), the Golf Course Lüdersburg (3 km), the ship lift Scharnebeck (10 km), the old town of Lüneburg (20 km) and Hamburg( 50 km) and the Lüneburger Heide (30 km) are very close as well. Trains: Next train station is Echem (4 km). Every half hour trains running to Lüneburg (9 min), Hamburg (45 min) and Lübeck (60 min). Bike transport in trains possible. The Mühlenkate is a certified "Biosphere Reserve Partner" and is characterized by a particularly sustainable economy, which is regularly reviewed on the basis of various criteria.
