Lodge B #3 includes an open living space with two, plush sleeper sofas. The 60" flat screen TV that is situated above the gas burning fireplace is perfect for watching the game or having a movie night. The open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances to make sure that you are afforded all the conveniences of home without sacrificing luxury. The family style dining allows for seating up to 10 plus more at the adjoining bar. Depending on your style or occasion you can create a relaxed dining experience during your stay or a formal one. The king size bedroom sits just down the hall with an adjoining bathroom worth retreating in. The outdoor spaces included in Lodge B #3 are plentiful and include the wrap-around balcony which overlooks the lush lawn and river front. The balcony is the place to be whether you are the type that likes to enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise or the lightning bugs and a nightcap. Don't forget the cool, flowing Guadalupe river within steps from the balcony door. Guest have access to large bedroom/ bathroom with tub and rainhead shower. A 6 mile drive to Kerrville ( Cowboy Artist Museum & Callouix Theater, The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden). A 6 mile drive to Hunt Texas ( Summer Camps, Mo Ranch, Guadalupe River crossing/swimming holes). A 25 minute (22.5 miles) drive to YO Ranch.
