4 bedroom spacious house. The house is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. 5 minutes walk to the canal. 10 minutes walk along the canal to Tesco and Macdonalds. There are beautiful walks along the canal. Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue waking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. Threw toilets in the house and two bathrooms. The house is five to ten minutes walk into Rugeley town centre, 20 minutes drive to Lichfield, 15 minutes drive to Cannock, 30 minutes drive to Stafford (5 minutes on the train), 30 minutes drive to Burton on Trent, 50 minutes drive to Birmingham (50 minutes on the train), 45 minutes drive to Derby. The house is very homely everything needed for a good stay. The house is ideal for people working as well as a great house for people wanting a break away in the UK lots to see and do in the local and surrounding areas. House is three storey lots of stairs. The master bedroom is very large with an en-suite see photos. Whole of the top floor. The area is a very quiet cul de sac location. The house has two parking spaces at the front of the house. Wi fi unfortunately is not good sometimes it works other times it does not. All photos are of Rugeley apart from the plum pudding Armitage this is thirty minutes walk from the house along the canal. The house is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking up stairs or people that cannot walk up stairs. The house is three stories there is a toilet on the ground floor however to access a shower or bath must walk up stairs. Local fast food that is walkable or delivers via Uber eats or just eat. Mac Donald’s five minutes walk along the canal. Burger King ten minutes later all town centre. Subway ten minutes walk town centre. Costa coffee ten minutes walk town centre. There are many burger, pizza, chip shops, Indian restaurants, chineese restaurants town centre. Brereton there is a chip shop next to the petrol station walkable. Plus next to the coop Andy’s kitchen chineese take away this one seems cleaner than the others all walkable from the house. There is a lovely walk through Brereton park turn off from the path or the up the hill a small woodland walk and nice views it’s surprising not expected. The best walk is opposite Burger King walk along the paths there walk past waterfalls into Cannock chase forest really is beautiful all walkable from the house although far you will pass the horns pub half way a lovely pub. Can hand over key or use key box I am available for guests if needed provided I am not away. Once there if happy to use public transport do not need a car. There are local restaurants and cafes.
